Hybrid Water Heater Repair and Replacement Menlo Park CA

We had a pipe bust within the walls of our garage, water was leaking inside the walls, leaking all into our garage, items were destroyed due to water damage. I tried calling emergency plumbing companies within the Bay Area, and they all had a next day availability. Let me remind you all this was an emergency situation and needed to addressed immediately!!!! Finally I decided to go onto Craigslist under services and I found Discount plumbing ad. They came out to my house within 45 minutes, there quote was very reasonable and they turned my water off and cut my pipes and replaced the pipe and some welding took place, they did an awesome job.

They were the only plumber available on the same day I called for a toilet repair. Antonio came over promptly, explained the costs, and quickly fixed the issue! He was very courteous and professional - wore a mask the whole time and shoe covers inside my house. We even chatted a bit about art. 10/10 wouldn't hesitate to call them again for an emergency issue.

I've used Discount Plumbing Rooter 3 times and have been happy with the service. The first job was a troubleshooting job identifying the source of mysterious and sporadic leakage through the garage ceiling that could not be solved by any other plumber I tried. The second job was replacing a drain in the back of the building that required pouring concrete. The third job was a relatively minor leak. The scheduling does seem a little haphazard and I can't speak to the pricing issues people are mentioning (they actually downsold me on my minor leak problem). But the quality of the work has been good, which ultimately is the most important aspect for me after I cycled through plumbers trying to get the first job done right.
