We had a mysterious leak near our refrigerator that caused our floor to buckle. Javier and Israel came out and tested moisture levels throughout the kitchen, went into the crawlspace to check for leaks, and finally determined that it was likely coming from condensation inside of our refrigerator. They arrived within a few hours of my appointment request, and they were extremely thorough and explained everything. They were also very conscientious and tidy throughout the process. I will definitely be calling them back for any future issues!

What an adventure. Sewer lateral repairs, new pressure regulator and shutoff valve. All finally completed with the outstanding service from Connor and Alex, not to mention all the others digging up stuff and putting everything back in its place. Omar from Discount Plumbing and Rooter services was at my house today. I had called them because I had been told by another contractor that installation of gas water heaters was not permitted after 2020 unless the regulations change. Omar told me that in fact, tankless gas water heaters can be installed up to 2030 under current regulations. As such, I have some time before deciding whether to replace my current heater. He spent a great deal of time discussing the different tankless water heater options and carefully explaining why one of them might be the preferred option in my older home. In the end, I’ve decided to wait to replace the water heater, hoping that it holds out for another 2 to 3 years and technology continues to improve. I can’t say enough about Omar and Discount Plumbing and Rooter. They are great.
