I called Connor on a Sunday evening, fully expecting to just leave a voicemail and wait for a callback the next day. To my surprise, he actually answered the phone. He was out at the property the very next day, and by Thursday, he had already coordinated and completed a pressure test with the City of Burlingame. Griffin kept me updated every step of the way, which I truly appreciated. If you need someone responsive, professional, and efficient, he’s your guy.

The technician was professional, courteous, and truly cared about doing the job right. I really appreciated the attention to detail—they even wore protective booties to keep my home clean, which showed so much respect for my space. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my toilet, explained everything clearly, and had it repaired efficiently. The level of customer service was exceptional. They were friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and made what could have been a stressful plumbing issue completely hassle-free. It’s hard to find this kind of professionalism and care these days. Spencer was incredibly helpful! As a new first-time homeowner, I called Discount Plumbing for help assessing a dishwasher leak, faucets not getting hot, and a leak in our garage. He went above and beyond to ensure I knew what needed fixing now and why, what I could sit on and decide down the line, what I should be doing for ongoing maintenance, and also gave me a referral for assessing mildew from the dishwasher leak. He was polite and professional, and I’m so grateful for his help!

We had a great experience with our technician, Lazaro, today. He arrived right on time, was professional, friendly, and communicated clearly throughout the entire visit. We had a few things that were overdue for attention and Lazaro methodically worked through each of them. He explained what needed to be done and worked efficiently. I would not consider the issues to be "small", but Lazaro completed the repairs the same day, and after testing everything, the issues appear to be resolved. We really appreciated how easy he made the process from start to finish. We've used this company before and will definitely continue to call them for our plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Cesar at Discount Plumbing was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained my repair and replacement options without any pressure, and completed the entire water heater replacement in just a few hours. His work was professional, he left the area spotless, and my new water heater is working perfectly. I highly recommend Cesar for his expertise, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Adan came out quickly, made an assessment, gave me an estimate, then came back about an hour later to complete the repair (a toilet replacement). Extremely professional and nice, and great work! I’ve always had great service from Discount Plumbing! Amending my review for the service today from Joshua. I had a leak under my kitchen sink. In addition to assessing that issue, he immediately spotted that my dishwasher set-up was missing an air gap installation (guess the previous owner of my place didn’t bother with it even though it’s required by the Building Code). I had no idea about any of this, but was grateful that Joshua spotted this and made the recommendation in order to prevent problems down the line. Having learned that for homeowners, it’s ALWAYS water issues, I was glad to take this preventative measure in addition to getting my original issue fixed. Spent more money than i expected today since I was thinking I only needed one thing addressed, but the peace of mind is worth it and also worth it to not have to deal with another water damage situation and insurance in the future (at least for this).

Spencer replaced my pressure reducing valve. He worked really quick and did a great job. The install looks clean and was an upgrade too because I added the Moen shut off valve.
