Flooding occurred from my kitchen sink to the downstairs bar sink. To avoid this situation from occurring again, my husband and I decided to separate the lines that connect to the sewer. Efrain did an excellent job. We had a real emergency with a bathtub faucet that literally exploded, spraying water all over the bathroom. We had to cut off water to the whole house. He came out promptly, diagnosed the problem, and resolved it. It turned out to be a big deal, necessitating, cutting hole in the bedroom wall to access the problem. He was personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. In addition, he showed us some things about the plumbing system that will help us deal with similar problems. Should they develop in the future.
