Kyle was professional, courteous, and clear. He replaced a plugged up old garbage disposal. Once that was done, while testing, he found the P-trap was leaking from a crack. It was not leaking before the replacement. He charged me much more for a replacement p-trap that seemed reasonable. Claude (AI) suggested the total was 25-40% over what is reasonable in SF.

Great service. My kitchen drain was slow for couple of days. I used water hose clean up the air vent made things worse. I called a plumber who came in, was afraid to touch anything just added lye which made clog completely blocked the pipe. Simon P. from Discount Plumbing came rescue, he checked the sink, drain and air vent, once I provided background. He is very confident that the rust from air vent caused the issue, told me the other plumber (who added lye) was wrong. He told me fill a full sink of hot water, then went to work from air vent. In few minutes, the drain is flow again. He also ran camera to check the drain, showed me drain is in good shape, just had a lot of grease that narrows the passage. He provided the most clean easy efficient plumbing service, shows his expertise and skills, absolutely A+++++
