We had a slow-draining shower in our 1948 house. Our tech Spencer showed up at 2:00 PM, less than an hour after I called to ask for help. After the simple fixes failed, he kept after the problem — trying one thing after another — until it was finally sorted at 7:20 PM. Communicative, diligent, committed, and capable, I can't say enough good things about Patrick. The total repair, especially given the hours and skill it took, made the price seem very fair.

Last evening I was told by the guy who runs our swimming pool equipment that the gas lines in the pool room are rotted. I didn’t even know we had gas. I googled what entity would conduct repairs, thinking it must be PG&E. Found out that you need to hire someone. AI recommended a short list of businesses. I sent messages from the webpage to 3 directly. One responded I’d need to call for an appointment, one said “what day is good for you?” I responded “tomorrow”. Followed by what time? 9AM today, just 15 hours after hearing I’d need to address this issue, this eyecatcher of a van rolls up with this smiling Stephen face behind the wheel. Here it is 3 O’clock, and the work is all finished. The pipes WERE rusted, making the lines compromised, because rust EATS, around the clock….now they are updated pipes, latest technology, and he pointed out several other things to take into consideration that he noticed on this property built in 1962, maintenance deferred often. This guys was born of plumbers, who were born of tailgunners; he’s got a wife and 6 wee ones under his wings, has been plumbing things since infancy, and since 16, officially. Grew up right here much of his youth, knows all the burroughs, all the stories and where the bodies are. He knows something about pretty much everything. He’s got great technology in his truck if you want to take a look at the innards of your pipes which is pretty cool too. This review wants to know how I felt about the amount I paid, but I’ll tell you what…I didn’t get an estimate anywhere else because, safety first, AND the fact that it took me just 25 seconds to book the appointment, then to receive a photo of him and a time he’d arrive, then to get a call from him personally, when he was blocks away….PRICELESS! Stephen J – you made my dayyy!!!

We see Discount Plumbing all around town. Connor G and Bolo were professional, friendly, and efficient. They arrived on time. I showed them where we had issues and they explained in detail what they will do and what to expect. Afterwards they informed me what they found, what was completed and provided further recommendations. They were great!

Rafael finished it early on schedule considering that he has to pick up the parts needed. he is very thorough of what he did and very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him.

Our garbage disposal stopped working in the morning, and after we called, someone came out the very same day within the promised time window. We really appreciated that they put on shoe covers before entering our apartment. We worked with Josue and were extremely happy with the service. He explained everything clearly and made even the complicated parts easy to understand. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. We will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them!

Kevin did a great job with an emergency plumbing issue we had after hours. He came within the expected time frame, diagnosed our problem quickly, and resolved it efficiently!

Tony S. was absolutely amazing. The job was unexpectedly an extremely difficult one, as Tony said “the job of the year”. But he was extremely professional, very respectful, very polite, and kept going above and beyond. He worked tirelessly for hours trying to clear the pipes, and he never complained. He was also so respectful when it came to the apartment and made sure to keep everything extremely clean and if anything got messy, he would immediately clean it himself. I don’t think I have ever met another guy as professional, earnest and hardworking as him. He was also honest and upfront about the cost, and very patient too. If you don’t get him to help you out, you are making a big mistake.
