We really appreciated that they put on shoe covers before entering our apartment. We worked with Josue and were extremely happy with the service. Tony S. was absolutely amazing. The job was unexpectedly an extremely difficult one, as Tony said “the job of the year”. But he was extremely professional, very respectful, very polite, and kept going above and beyond. He worked tirelessly for hours trying to clear the pipes, and he never complained. He was also so respectful when it came to the apartment and made sure to keep everything extremely clean and if anything got messy, he would immediately clean it himself. I don’t think I have ever met another guy as professional, earnest and hardworking as him. He was also honest and upfront about the cost, and very patient too. If you don’t get him to help you out, you are making a big mistake.
