Ricardo was great! He arrived quickly tonight for an emergency call. He resolved our issue with a full clog in our main pipe to the house. He explained the issue well and proposed short term and long term solutions. Thanks Ricardo!

Discount Plumbing was amazing, with same-day dispatch, and Ricardo was so great, coming out and staying late, to make sure the pipes were cleared. Would use again and highly recommend!

We had Ricardo come and help fix the pressure with one of our pipes and identify a leak. He was amazing and provided awesome support and was very clear the whole time about what he was doing and how it would help. Amazing service and a great job all around by Ricardo.

Carlos G. came and reinstalled our new garbage disposal. Showed up on time, worked efficiently, and was friendly on top of everything else. Price was right as well. Will call Discount Plumbing back for sure!

Great service. Highly recommend their long term plumber, Carlos G.

As part of my review, I must say that I became frustrated by the AI that was tasked with scheduling my repair. When I asked to speak to a real person, the AI said ‘I am a person. ‘ Creepy. Until the time of my appointment, I wasn’t able to speak with a human about my water heater repair, which I did not like. It was almost enough to make me change my mind and hire someone else, but I didn’t. And I’m glad I stuck with discount plumbers because when Kevin showed up he was everything you want your plumber to be— On time, courteous, knowledgeable, skilled, communicative and responsible. When I told him I struggled to contact a person prior to his arrival to discuss the repair, he made sure I had a contact number to reach him quickly and easily and responded when I had questions for him. He went out of his way to help me with another small repair and did a great job with that too. And Discount plumbers were much more affordable than the people that exclusively install water heaters. It overall a great experience, despite the stress of plumbing problems. When I need to make a call again I will request Kevin.

Ricardo was very helpful. He texted when on his way and he assessed the issue and fixed the problem right away. Thank you Ricardo!

Carlos G showed up early and was extremely helpful. He took a look at the situation and gave a fair quote and was able to help clear the drain blockage and give tips on how to help avoid issues in the future. I recommend Discount Plumbing and especially Carlos G for great service .

Ricardo was on type, so knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

Brian and Ricky were very helpful and gave me multiple options on how to deal with a plumbing problem with the bathtub. Very kind and would definitely recommend them
