Ricardo fixed my sink clog very quickly and was very nice and friendly

The name may say “discount,” but the service is premium! They responded promptly to my request for an appointment, kept in touch via text, and were completely transparent in what they were doing and what work was needed vs. “nice to have.” We wanted to get our drains inspected and cleaned out ahead of this year’s expected “super El Niño” greater-than-normal rainfall. Our tech was Ricardo, who even brought out an iPad so I could watch what he was seeing as he sent the video camera probe through our underground drain system. His work was clean and efficient, he arrived on time as promised, and he was super to work with. Highly recommended!

Saul P. Was very nice, and fast! Highly recommend.

Ryan was incredibly helpful, kind and thorough — he waived charges on an inspection because he didn’t find anything wrong, which really sets this company apart. We would happily call on them again for future plumbing needs!

Lazaro did great job on a short timeline

Excellent and professional service - highly recommended.

I first came across Discount Plumbing at a local street fair, where a friend encouraged me to stop by their booth and take a card. I’m very glad I did, because that’s how I ended up meeting Kevin F. I’ve dealt with ongoing plumbing issues in my home since 2012, and over the years, no one could determine the underlying cause. Kevin was different. He took the time to listen, investigate thoroughly, explain what he was finding, and communicate with me every step of the way. Most importantly, he was honest and never made me feel pressured or talked down to. Kevin ultimately identified what had been causing the problems all these years and fixed the issue properly. After more than a decade of frustration, it is an incredible relief to finally have someone who knows what he's doing and genuinely cares about getting to the bottom of it. I’m extremely grateful I happened to walk by that booth that day. Kevin’s professionalism, honesty, and thoroughness made all the difference, and I would absolutely recommend Discount Plumbing and Kevin to anyone looking for a plumber they can trust.

A crew came out on relatively short notice to deal with a clogged sewer lateral. They investigated and succeeded in clearing the line, although there was some under-communication regarding how they approached the work (they switched methods without telling me, but achieved the desired results). During their investigation they found a deteriorated/broken section of pipe. I’ve docked their rating by one star because they said they’d send me an estimate for repairing the damaged pipe, but I never received a quote (despite calling them twice to follow up).

Yoshua did the best job ever! He was friendly, trustworthy, and made us feel like we were in great hands! I recommend him and can’t thank him enough!!!

He was thorough, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Brian and would definitely hire him again!

Ray and his assistant showed up early, and right off the bat he laid out the game plan and the estimated time needed for the work. And it’s exactly that. In an hour he thoroughly tested and unblocked the basement sewage system . He even worked from the sidewalk and cleaned out bunch of sand! We now have our bathroom back, life back on track. Great value of service from our local business!
